Course content
1. Decisions in criminal proceedings. 2. The stages of criminal proceedings. 3. Pre-trial proceedings. 4. Preliminary hearing of a case (of a charge), the trial. 5. Open and closed session. 6. The abbreviated forms of criminal proceedings and of judicial hearing of a case. 7. Ordinary legal remedies. 8. Extraordinary legal remedies; amnesty, pardon. 9. Execution procedure. 10. Juvenile criminal justice. 11. Criminal procedural questions of membership in EU and the legal contact with abroad.

learning outcomes
Students master complex problems of criminal law and after the completing of the subject they are able to aply norms both of material and processual criminal law on a particular factual process (case).
