Course content
Bodyformin is intended for students of all faculties and years of studies, for beginners as well as for advanced students, who want to exercise and train their muscles. The exercises are orientated on bodyforming, strengthening the center of the body, improving of coordination and cardio-vascular system.

Basic knowledge and skills of P.E. obtained at basic and secondary school.
learning outcomes
Both beginners and advanced students go through different forms of exercises, they try out aerobic and fitness training with and without instruments and stretching as well.
