Course content
Fitness training is intended for students of all faculties and years of studies, for beginners as well as for advanced students, who want to learn basic skills and get special knowledge of fitness training and the improvement of physical condition.

Basic knowledge and skills of P.E. obtained at basic and secondary school.
learning outcomes
Beginners ? after successful completion of the course the students are able to prepare and elaborate a training programme and a separate weekly training plan with a view to: - increasing the active body weight share - decreasing weight through the reduction of fat - influencing specific groups of muscles - removing atrophy of muscles The separate weekly training plan is also prepared with a view to the correct choice of factors that influence the training programme: - length of training - frequency of training - composition of the training unit - choice of exercises - weight of burden - number of repetition - length of breaks - number of series - other factors (breathing, when to train, concentration, regeneration) After completion of the course advanced students are able to master all the factors as beginners. Revision of the composition and factors of the training programme from the basic group. Examples of training programmes.
