Course content
Practicing basic skills and drills in aerobics.

Kolokvium
Students present their set of exercises in class and evaluate it with each other. At the same time, they explain the effectiveness and suitability of the exercises used.

The student will present his / her set and together with the teacher will evaluate its effectiveness and explain the individual exercises with regard to human physiology.
