Course content
Nontraditional athletics in game and competition form - in traditional and nontraditional environment, including used athletic apparatuses and equipments. Flat run (short and long tracks), hurdle run, relay races, horizontal and vertical jumps, shot put and throws, multicontests (also running, jumping and throwing). 1. general introduction to nontraditional forms - definition 2.-3. game in traditional and nontraditional environment - demonstrations 4. equipments and apparatuses in nontraditional athletics 5. flat run 6. hurdle run 7. relay races 8. horizontal and vertical jumps 9. shot put and throws 10.-12. multicontest 13. summary - discussion
