Course content
1. Credit requirements, introduction to the subject, distribution of teaching practice (presentations). 2. Preparation, consultation and implementation of a training unit with specific assignment. 3. Effect of various kinds of gymnastic exercises to optimize movement regimen of athletes 4. Effect of various kinds of gymnastic exercises to promote physical fitness of athletes. 5. Effect of various kinds of gymnastic exercises to develop various motor abilities. 6. Specifics of the sports branch and its impact on the individual, differentiation of the impact of training according to age. 7. Specifics of the sports branch and its impact on the individual, differentiation of the impact of training according to sports maturity. 8. Specifics of the sports branch and its impact on the individual, differentiation of the impact of training according to period within the training cycle. 9. Compensatory exercises (mobilization, stretching, strengthening). 10. Common daily and work gymnastics. 11. Gymnastic exercises for people with health weakness. 12. Movement activity of people with specific needs (various types of disability). 13. Credit test.

  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 10 hours per semester
