Course content
Didactic aspects of development of movement abilities. Specifics of strengthening of youth, women and seniors. Basis of didactics of physical education (didactic-organizational forms of work, didactic control styles, didactic principles, methods and procedures, structure of the exercises unit). The supply of strengthening exercises of selected surface muscles (without and with use of the hand apparatus and with help of strengthening machines). Using feedback to perform these exercises correctly with intentional control and optimal breathing. Practice of the swimming styles crawl, backstroke and breaststroke. Practice of skills from the water rescue. Exercises and games in water. Organizational and legal aspects of movement activities in water. Physical recreation in the aquatic environment, physical activities for individuals with impairment in the aquatic environment. Wellness and water sports. Preventive action of the water environment in the area of healthy lifestyle of clients in a spa environment.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Practical training (number of hours) - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for formative assessments (2-20) - 12 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 20 hours per semester
