Course content
- introductory lesson - organization of the lessons, place, material and hygiene conditions, safety - massage, history, physiological principles, kinds of massage - anatomical and physiological conditions for massage - indication and contraindication of massage - massage techniques - stroking, kneading, brushing, rhythmic tapping and vibrating - support massage means - overview of basic massage techniques in individual countries - to practically master massage of basic parts (back, neck, upper and lower limbs, chest and abdomen) - practical fulfillment of credit requirements. -credit test.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 20 hours per semester
  • Practical training (number of hours) - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for formative assessments (2-20) - 20 hours per semester
  • Contact hours - 13 hours per semester
