Didactics of gymnastics: 1. Introduction to the subject Didactics of gymnastics, 2. the Specialized training of gymnastics in the school TV, 3. Didactic-methodological outputs series, assisting and rescuing in the training of acrobatic elements, 4. Didactic-methodological outputs series, assisting in the rescue and training elements of the tools (Vault), 5. Didactic-methodological outputs series, assisting in the rescue and training elements of the tools (balance beam), 6. Didactic-methodological outputs series, assisting in the rescue and training elements of the tools (horizontal bar), 7. Didactic-methodological outputs series, assisting in the rescue and training elements of the tool (parallel bars), 8. Didactic-methodical series of outputs, and assisting in rescue training jumps on tools (trampoline), 9. Didactic-methodical series of outputs, and assisting in rescue training on the tool elements (circles), 10. Preparatory and supplementary exercises in gymnastics, 11. Didactic and organizational forms in gymnastics, 12. Didactic management styles in gymnastics. Didactics of fighting techniques: 1. Introduction, the nature of fighting sports, basic training and safety in Teaching martial arts, fighting techniques, 2-3. Repetition and practice falls (backward, forward, side, modification, stalling the game) 4. -6. tJudo, basic techniques. Porazy, bedspreads and possession in Judo, games with the inclusion of techniques of judo, 7. The basic elements of the struggle, the modification to the school TV, 8. -9. The technique of karate. Punches, kicks and their modification in the school TV, 10. -11. Self-defense against úchopům for the arm, throttle, possession. Self-defense against strikes, kopům, immobilizing an attacker, 12. -13. Fundamentals of aikido, martial games in the hours of TV.
