Content: 1. Objectives and tasks of the swimming. 2. Biomechanical and physical laws of swimming. 3. The origin, development and techniques of swimming styles 4. The rules of swimming and swimming sports. 5. Sports and used swimming. 6. Synchronized swimming, water polo, diving. 7. Physiological aspects of swimming performance. 8. Structure of the swimming performance and development of motor skills in the range of swimming. 9. Competitive swimming. 10. Swimming and swimming sports on the modern Olympic games. 11. Didactics and methodology of swimming.
