Course content
Reaction and adaptation of the motion system, circulatory system, respiratory and endocrine systems to physical load. Conditions related to the intensity of physical activity: fatigue, fitness, overtraining, overexertion. Theory of testing and measurement, objective methods of load diagnostics. Evaluation and measurement of posture, muscle dysbalacies and movement stereotypes. Functional examination. Functional diagnostics, principles, tests, evaluation. Functional diagnosis with regard to age (childhood, old age). Functional diagnosis with regard to movement handicap (metabolic syndrome, obesity, disability).
