Course content
Basics of acrobatics of individuals, pairs and groups. Practice of acrobatic elements and their sequences of higher difficulty. Jumps on small and big trampoline. Gymnastic strengthening exercises in physical education. Gymnastic specialized preparations, strengthening of individual muscle groups without and with use of hand apparatuses and on equipments. Methodical-organizational forms of fitness gymnastics.

to use gymnastic terminology from elementary and artistic gymnastics
to define the principles of strengthening and stretching followed in elementary gymnastics exercises

to perform acrobatic exercises in the extent of completed subject KTV/GYM1N
to use spotting and rescue spotting provided during practice of already acquired motor skills

to create and perform acrobatic sequences from acquired exercise elements
to design and implement a circuit training to strengthen all body parts using gymnastic preparatory training exercises
to apply theoretical and practical knowledge of methodology of practice, spotting and rescue spotting in acquiring new gymnastic motor skills
to apply theoretical and practical knowledge of elementary and fitness gymnastics in other sports branches
