Course content
Game exercises: 1. Introduction, literature, credit requirements, safety in teaching gymnastics. Non-traditional forms of teaching gymnastics, 2. Improving gymnastic skills through games, 3. -4. Acrobatic exercise of individuals, couples and groups, 5. -7. The use of additional equipments in the gymnastic lessons, 8. Motivational aspects in the warm-up part of the lesson, 9. Obstacle tracks using gymnastics equipments, 10. Use of gymnastic hand apparatuses for the development of coordination, 11. Games and competitions in lessons with gymnastic content, 12. -13. Models of creatively-oriented teaching units in lessons with gymnastic content. Relaxation exercises: 1. Introduction, literature, credit requirements, safety in the lessons, characteristics of relaxation exercises, 2-5. The exercise focused on the stretching of individual muscle groups, 6. -7. Relaxation and mobilization exercise, 8. 10. Basics and examples of power yoga and fitness yoga, 11. -13. Creation of blocks of stretching and relaxation exercises.
