Course content
Sports gymnastics 1: 1. Introduction, organization, credit requirements, literature, instructions about work safety, 2. Gymnastic training (strengthening, take-off, balance, rotary exercises etc.), 3. Acrobatic exercise (combinations, modifications and routines), 4. Exercises on the horizontal bar (combinations, modifications and routines), 5. Vault training, 6. Balance exercises - balance beam (women), parallel bars (men), (combinations, modifications and routines), 7. Ring exercises (combinations, modifications and routines), 8. Jumps from a trampoline - straight and with turn, 9. Exercises on the rope and bar - climbing, 10. Condition and compensatory exercises in gymnastics, 11. -13. The binding gymnastic elements and creation of routines. Motor-functional preparation: 1. Introduction, credit requirements, organizations, literature, instructions about safety during exercise. The structure of the specialized warm-up in teaching unit, 2. Strengthening training, 3. Support and handstand training, 4. The development of reactibility, 5.-6. Take-off and landing preparation, 7-8. The development of joint flexibility, 9.-10. Balance and rotary preparation, 11. Development of strength coordination, 12. Development of rhythmic abilities, 13. The development of coordination of upper and lower extremities. Rhythmic gymnastics 1: 1. Introduction to the study, content, literature, credit requirements. Theory of music and musical-movement education. Expression of rhythm (various lengths of notes) by movement on the spot, movement in space - walking, running, rhythmic games, 3. Movement expression - staccato and legato in the music. Movement expression of dynamics of music. Movements of the arms, 4. Dynamic arc. Movement expression of music tempo. Movements of the head and trunk, 5. Movements of the legs. Technique of exercises without apparatus - walking, running, 6. Technique of dance steps, 7. Technique of exercises without apparatus - jumps, leaps, balance shapes, turns and pirouettes, 8.-9. Free hand routine - practice. 10.-11. Exercises with skipping rope, 12. Exercises with hoop and ribbon, 13. Practical credit requirements - free hand routine, skips with skipping rope.
