Course content
Lectures Physical culture as a social phenomenon in the background of historical development. History of physical culture in individual socio-economic formations until the present. Orientation in the history of the Olympic movement. Physical education in school conditions in our republic, its history and development. Origin and development of organized physical education in the Czech Republic. Orientation in current events in the field of physical education and physical culture in the Czech Republic and the world. Exercises Kinanthropology as a field of study, orientation in information sources, information search. Methods of kinanthropology. Human movement and motorics. Physical activity as a basic determinant of human development. Physical culture. Physical exercises - their structure. Processual aspect of physical exercises - motor learning. Final aspect of physical exercises - motor performance, efficiency, fitness.
