Course content
1. Introduction, structure of study. 2. Kinanthropology as a field of study, information databases. 3. Object of Kinanthropology. 4. Methods of Kinanthropology. 5. Structure of Kinanthropology. 6. Human motion. human motorics. 7. Physical activity as a determinant of human development. 8. Physical culture. 9. Physical exercises, structural aspect of exercise. 10. Processual aspect of exercise. 11. Final aspect of exercise, motor product, physical efficiency.

Multimedia supported teaching, Task-based study method, Individual study, Lecture, Seminar
  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for laboratory testing; outcome analysis (1-8) - 6 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 10 hours per semester
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 20 hours per semester
