Course content
1. Introduction to teaching, safety instructions, the starting position of the body for exercises, proper breathing. 2. Creation of exercise plans for different age groups, the choice and sequence of exercises, methodology of workout in the gym. 3. Exercise overview - strengthening of erector spine and rotators. 4. Exercise overview - strengthening of lower blades fixators and latissimus dorsi. 5. Exercise overview - strengthening of pectoral muscles and serratus anterior muscle. 6. Exercise overview - strengthening of deltoid muscle and external rotators of the shoulder joint. 7. Exercise overview - strengthening of arms muscles. 8. Exercise overview - strengthening of legs muscles - complex exercises. 9. Exercise overview - strengthening of legs muscles - isolated exercises. 10. Exercise overview - strengthening of abdominal muscles, deep stabilizing system of the spine. 11. Specifics of the exercise of beginners, women; rehabilitation workouts. 12. Strengthening of fitness or performance exercising athletes; training methods leading to muscle growth. 13. Credit test, credit requirements.
