Course content
1. Introduction to teaching, safety instructions, the starting position of the body for exercises, proper breathing. 2. Creation of exercise plans for different age groups, the choice and sequence of exercises, methodology of workout in the gym. 3. Specifics of the exercise of beginners, women. 4. Strengthening of fitness or performance exercising athletes; training methods leading to muscle growth. 5. Credit test, credit requirements.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Practical training (number of hours) - 26 hours per semester
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 40 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 30 hours per semester
