Course content
|
Introduction to teaching, safety instructions, credit requirements. Creation of exercise plans for different age and functional groups of individuals, health bases of applied programs. Fitness-oriented programs - elements of functional training (Flowin, TRX, circuit training). Fitness-oriented programs - aerobic programs (Heat, Alpinning). Health and functional bases for weight training and strengthening on machines. Exercises in wellness - health aspects of strengthening back and abdominal muscles. Exercises in wellness - health aspects of strengthening the muscles of the chest and shoulders. Exercises in wellness - health aspects of strengthening arm muscles, deep stabilizing system of the spine. Exercises in wellness - health aspects of strengthening pelvic muscles and the muscles of the lower extremities. Credit test, fulfilling credit requirements.
