Course content
1. Introductory lesson, credit requirements, organization, literature, instruction on safety during exercise 2. Principles of compilation of circular training 3. Stack of exercises to develop individual muscle parts 4. Stack of exercises for the development of cardiovascular system, strengthening and balancing exercises 5. Stack of exercises for the development of joint mobility, principles of circular training 6. Principles of equality of strength, endurance and coordination abilities 7.- 26. Practical demonstration of step training with different focus, student presentations

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Practical training (number of hours) - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 12 hours per semester
  • Individual project (40) - 14 hours per semester
