Course content
Principles of safe stay and movement in winter nature. Dangers in the mountains. Possibilities of hiking in snowy terrain (ski hiking, snowshoeing). Preparation and implementation of a day trip. Winter applied physical activities. Games in the snow.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 4 hours per semester
