Course content
1. Objectives and options for monitoring physical activity 2. Subjective methods - questioning, manual recording (record sheet, diary), interview. 3. Objective methods - monitoring of physiological and metabolic parameters (heart rate, ventilation, lactate concentration, calorimetry, ...) 4. Objective methods - monitoring of motion (pedometry, accelerometry) 5. New technologies and applications for monitoring and controlling physical activity 6. Sharing of monitoring of physical activity, social networks, cloud services.
