Course content
1. Introductory lesson - organization, credit requirements, literature, instructions about safety during exercise. The correct technique of performing the basic steps. The correct body posture during exercise, 2. - 3. Practicing basic steps and simple links, music-movement relations, 4. - 5. Creation of the exercise block, the use of cueing. Health aspects of exercise, 6. Creation of symmetrical choreography to music, 7. Ceation of asymmetrical choreography to music, 8. - 9. Strengthening and stretching of the individual muscle groups within the modern forms of exercises, 10. - 11. The dance forms of the modern forms of exercises, 12. - 13. Creation of simple links of steps and choreographies with the practical presentation. Druhy moderních pohybových forem (MPF). Zdravotní aspekty aerobních, posilovacích, protahovacích a uvolňovacích cvičení. Posilování jednotlivých svalových skupin v rámci MPF. Zařazení strečinkových cvičení do hodin MPF. Využití náčiní a nářadí. Tvorba choreografie. Modern kinds of exercise with music (MPF) - dividing. Health aspects of aerobic, strengthening, stretching and relaxation exercises. Strengthening of individual muscle parts in MPF. Including of stretching exercises in lessons of MPF. Use of hand apparatuses and equipments. Creation of choreography.
