Course content
1. Introductory lesson - organization, credit requirements, literature, instructions about safety during exercise. The correct technique of performing basic steps. The correct body posture during exercise, 2. Creation of aerobic choreography in the wellness center - symmetrical, asymmetrical, 3. Step aerobics - creation of choreography, strengthening and stretching blocks, 4. Exercises on bosu balance trainer - creation of choreography, strengthening and stretching blocks, 5. Dance aerobics, funky aerobics, 6. Exercises in pairs (double aerobics, double step aerobics), 7. The use of hand apparatus in the lessons of aerobics - weights, Thera-Bands, rubber bands, etc., 8. The use of exercises on Fitballs - strengthening and stretching blocks, 9. Conditional forms of aerobic exercise, interval training in the fitness center, 10. AF (alternative fitness) training, circuit training with the use of steps/bosu, etc., 11. Sample lesson of indoor cycling, 12. - 13. Creating individual programs of aerobic forms with the chosen content.

to use the terminology of modern movement forms focused on activities with use of equipment and hand apparatus or specific physical activities
to explain and evaluate the correct body posture during aerobic exercise, strengthening and stretching
to create a part of the exercise unit focused on modern movement forms and to explain this individually created block of exercises
to describe the differences of modern movement forms in individual age and performance groups of exercisers
to use basic terms from the field of modern forms of exercises
Skills
to create an exercise block in the field of modern forms of exercises and comprehensively record the prepared choreography
to present created block of modern movement forms with use of aids and technically correct
to demonstrate and teach a methodologically well designed exercise block in accordance with music
in accordance with music to present a suitable methodology of practice of choreography or specific movement activity (dance or fitness character)
