1. Science and research. 2. Search in literature. 3. Problem statement, design of research. 4. Research methods, data collection. 5. Sample. 6. Development and assessment of tests. 7. Historical research. 8. Descriptive research. 9. Study of relationships. 10. Experimental methods. 11. Critical assessment of research outcomes.
