Course content
The student completes an internship 1 day a week during the semester in a selected wellness center, company (sports club), sports facility, or other institution ensuring the improvement of the quality of life and health. 1. The student conducts individual wellness lessons or their parts under professional supervision (supervisor). 2. The student acquires practical knowledge of selected wellness techniques as part of regular lessons under supervision in cooperation with the supervisor. 3. The student develops communication skills with individual clients (groups) as part of conducting lessons. 4. On the basis of empirical research, they learn to create a basic anamnesis of the client. 5. It helps to make recommendations to improve the quality of a healthy lifestyle
