Course content
1. Balance exercises 2. Bounce exercises 3. Jumps 4. Gymnastic jump 5. Exercise on the bar 6. Strengthening the body's own weight 7. Basic acrobatic exercises

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Practical training (number of hours) - 26 hours per semester
  • Individual project (40) - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for formative assessments (2-20) - 16 hours per semester
