Course content
1. Types of projects, project management theory and approaches to project management. 2. Project life cycle and project product. Legal requirements of project activities. 3. Project planning, case study. 4. Project control. 5. Definition of uncertainty and risk. Risk management. 6. Project implementation. 7. Project evaluation.

  • Graduate study programme term essay (40-50) - 60 hours per semester
  • Individual project (40) - 40 hours per semester
  • Team project (50/number of students) - 50 hours per semester
