Course content
1. Introduction to movement recreation. 2. Influence of movement activity / inactivity on health. 3. Response and adaptation to exercise load. 4. Response and adaptation to exercise load. 5. Stress response. 6. Psycho-physiological aspects of movement activity. 7. Psycho-social aspects of movement recreation. 8. Adequacy of the musculoskeletal system considering the age. 9. Civilization disease characteristics. 10. Civilization disease risk factors. 11. Cardiovascular disease. 12. Metabolic disease and obesity. 13. Final evaluation of the course.
