Course content
|
In the introductory lesson, there will be an instruction on work safety during lessons. Introduction to theory of movement choreography of the group exercise (CH) to music, principles of creation of CH. Practice of CH with and without use of hand apparatus - created by teacher. Methodical practical presentations of students - creation of CH with or without use of hand apparatus and its practicing with other students.
