Course content
|
1. Mental processes during sport activities. 2. Emotional motivational processes - the current mental condition. 3. Motor learning (agents, phases, overall attenuation, mechanisms). 4. Selecting talents (stages, special emphasis on the psychology assumptions). 5. Socio-psychological aspects of sport activities (sport´s teams, roles, social interaction, interpersonal relations in the team). 6. Motivation in sport (in lessons of physical education, etc.). 7. Psychological preparation of athletes (model training, load, regulation of actual mental condition). 8. Practical training in psychoregulation (music therapy, Jacobson, Schultz) .
