1. Introduction to the study of recreology, subject, position in the system of sciences, basic terms. 2. Types of recreation. 3. Leisure time. 4. Municipal recreation. 5. Infrastructure, environmental impact. 6. Recreational potential of landscape - protection of nature, cultural monuments. 7. Tourism, services related to tourism. 8. Social impact of recreology. 9. Health, World Health Organization (WHO) and other public health protection institutions. 10. Hypokinesis definition, negative impact. 11. Obesity definition, risk factor of diseases. 12. Lifestyle, quality of life. 13. Negative addictions, risk behavior of inhabitants.
