Course content
Examples of leading warm-up of the exercise unit to music. Manipulation with hand apparatuses (skipping rope, ball, hoop, clubs, ribbon). Combinations of elements with hand apparatuses. Practice of routines with ball and hoop to music. Individual creation of routine with skipping rope to music.

to distinguish different kinds of music usable in warm-up of the exercise unit
to design set of exercises to music for warm-up of the teaching/exercise unit in appropriate didactic manner

to perform basic manipulation with skipping rope, ball, hoop, ribbon and clubs
to perform routine with ball and routine with hoop to music (created by teacher)
to create and perform routine with skipping rope to music (from the fund of exercises learned in lessons)
