Course content
1. Introduction to the study of recreology and physical recreation. 2. Municipal recreation, infrastructure and urbanization. 3. Services related to recreationology, tourism. 4. Movement recreation and nature conservation. 5. Ways of spending leisure time, experiential pedagogy. 6. Reactions and adaptations to physical exercise, psychological and social benefits of physical activity, INDARES. 7. Risk factors and physical activity. 8. Types of physical activities, fitness. 9. Health-oriented fitness, fitness, wellness, well-being. 10. Healthy lifestyle, quality of life, possibilities of objectification. 11. Adequate exercise regimen depending on age. 12. Final evaluation of the course.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Individual project (40) - 20 hours per semester
  • Preparation for formative assessments (2-20) - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 15 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 10 hours per semester
  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester
