Course content
1. - 2. Leadership and judging - movement games focused on the development of coordination abilities. 3. - 4. Leadership and judging - movement games focused on the development of speed abilities. 5. - 6. Leadership and judging - movement games focused on the development of strength abilities. 7. - 8. Leadership and judging - movement games focused on the development of endurance abilities. 9. - 10. Selection, leading and judging - movement games in the countryside and on the pitch. 11. - 12. Selection, leading and judging - movement games in the gym, using specific tools. 13. - 14. Methodology of training and improving individual game skills in frisbee ultimate (throwing and catching a frisbee, explaining the rules) 15. to 16. Training of game combinations. Explanation of specific game situations arising in ultimate frisbee. 17. to 18. Methodology of training and improving individual game skills in softball (the technique of throwing and catching the ball, working with softball glove, explaining the rules) 19. to 20. Training game combinations. Explanation of specific game situations arising when playing softball. 21. to 22. Methodology of training and improving individual game skills in handball (the technique of throwing and catching the ball, basic movements on the pitch, explaining the rules) 23. to 24. Training game combinations and game systems in handball. 25. to 26. Methodology of training and improving individual game skills in badminton (holding racket, moving around the court, explaining the rules)
