Course content
|
1. Introduction, basic system of floorball, rules. 3. Individual game skills, handling the stick, keeping the ball, preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 4. Individual game skills - handling the ball, pass, preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 5. Individual game skills - occupying the player with the ball, without the ball, defending the player with the ball, without the ball, preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 6. Practicing individual game skills, preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 7. Game combinations - "Pass it and go" preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 8. Game combination of two to one, three to two, preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 9. Standard situations, preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 10. Fast counterattack, preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 11. Gradual counterattack, preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 12. Personal defense, zone defense, preparatory exercises, training game with judging. 13. Final evaluation of the course.
