Course content
|
Content: The problems of study of physical education courses/subjects, particularly in the areas of living in the open and movement in nature, orientation in nature, the foundations of water tourism, mountaineering, movement, sports, non-traditional and interactive games. Apply movement activities. The possibility of increasing their own fitness and agility.
