Course content
Content: Sport status in contemporary society. Sports achievement and sports performance (dynamics, classification, structure). The system of sport training (structure, components, management, personality trainer). Characteristics and functions of the live load, regeneration in the sport training, training control. Management teams and athletes in competition,motivation in sport training. Specifics in sport training (sport tarining of youth, women, handicapped, doping, nutrition, drinking regime, alpine training).

  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 3 hours per semester
