Course content
Content: Physical activity (individually targeted) - one of the fundamental elements of health promotion. Anatomical and neurophysiological principle of their optimum posture. Assessing the level of postural functions (static and dynamic components). Postural disorders and their prevention. Didactic principles of compiling the movement program for preschool children. Selected internal weakness - characteristics, causes and principles of prevention.

  • Preparation for formative assessments (2-20) - 20 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 15 hours per semester
  • Practical training (number of hours) - 26 hours per semester
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 10 hours per semester
  • Contact hours - 13 hours per semester

to explain basic concepts from human biology in the range of high schools

to perform basic skills from elementary gymnastics and the specialized gymnastic training

to evaluate the static and dynamic components of postural function of selected individual
to distinguish between correct and wrong body posture and determine different types of wrong body posture
to compile the contents of physical activity for primary prevention of selected civilization diseases
Skills
to compile the supply of exercises for spontaneous and controlled movement activities appliabel in an environment of kindergarte
to apply relaxation, stretching and strengthening compensatory excercises for general warm-up of pre-schoolers in an optimal response
to perform selected compensatory exercises with maximal accuracy and deliberate control
