ELEMENTARY GYMNASTICS - gymnastic terminology - correct body posture - methodology sequence of exercises for correct body posture - mobile, stretching and strengthening exercises - structure of warm-up of the lesson of physical education - exercises of individuals and pairs without and with use of hand apparatuses THEORY OF PHYSICAL EXERCISES - anatomical base of erected body posture - correct body posture - physical exercises - movement abilities - structure, diagnostics, methods of development - motor development - ontogeny of motorics DIDACTICS GYMNASTICS - terminology of exercises on equipments - safety, spotting and safety check - specialized gymnastic preparatory exercises - strengthening, roll, take-off, landing, rotation and balance exercises - basic elements from gymnastics
