Course content
|
Movement preparation for individual kinds of gymnastics. Core, balance and rotation exercises - preparation for artistic gymnastics. Theory and methodology of exercises with or without use of hand apparatus. Music-movement relations in rhythmic kinds of gymnastics. Game and acrobatic forms of gymnastics.

| Student masters basic gymnastic skills at the high school level. We suppose qualitative development of gained skills and knowledge. |

| Students: - use actively gymnastic terminology - acquire and describe correct body posture - set-up warm-up with and without use of hand apparatus in appropriate methodology manner of preschool children - apply gained theoretical knowledge and practical skills to lesson in preschool education - are able to demonstrate chosen movement skills - analyzes fundamental moments (key places) within the motor learning of preschool children |
