Course content
|
In the introductory lesson, there will be an instruction on work safety during lessons. Human motion, motor activity, movement preconditions (abilities, skills), principles of motor development, biological preconditions to motor activity, an overview of selected muscle groups (location in the skeleton, function). Warming up - without and with the hand apparatus. Gymnastic preparation - core, balance, take-off and rhythmic exercises. Preparation for acrobatics and vault. Methodology of exercises with or without use of hand apparatus. Children folk dances. Game and acrobatic forms of gymnastics.
