Course content
1. connection of health and physical activities, health benefits of movement 2. physical and mental health 3. health management 4. components that participate in the management and organization of health 5. business principles in the health promotion sector 6. corporate culture - focus on supporting the health of employees

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Contact hours - 78 hours per semester
  • Team project (50/number of students) - 20 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report in a foreign language) (10-15) - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for an examination (30-60) - 40 hours per semester

Knowledge
The student uses the knowledge about the problems of psychosomatic diseases, understands the concept of health in its broader context of bio-psycho-social aspects, understands the mechanism of the beginning a nd formation of psychosomatic diseases, their epidemiology with focus on diseases whose inception and treatment can be significantly influenced by physical activity.

The student uses the knowledge in the exercise-recreation programs.
