Course content
1. Basic, preparatory combat sports exercises - use in exercise units. 2. Training and methodology of falls. 3. Basic principles of judo, training of selected activities. 4. Basics of karate, box. 5. Basic elements of self-defence. 6. The use of combat sports exercises at schools. Relaxation forms of gymnastics: - exercises focused on stretching of individual muscle groups - relaxation and mobilization excercises - basics of yoga, poweryoga - creation of blocks of stretching exercises

  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester

to use gymnastic terminology of elementary and artistic gymnastics

to have basic level of motor abilities, basic level of combat skills acquired in bachelor study and basic level of gymnastic skills in range of completed subject Elementary Gymnastics
