Course content
Types of projects in sport, recreation and leisure movement activities. To present legislative principles of organizing sports events. Critical analysis of the sport event project. 1. Introduction to the course. Basics of sports events management. 2. Project organization. Project life cycle. 3. Project plan. 4. Project scope. 5. Timetable. 6. Costs. 7. Project implementation. 8. Communication. 9. Documentation. 10. Risks, definition of risks, elimination, minimization. 11. SW support. 12. Project evaluation. 13. Final project evaluation.
