Course content
1 / Status of R&D according to the report of the Czech School Inspectorate. Why do we need R&D? Outline of the division of program lines of the Czech R&D in the context of foreign influences. 2 / The beginnings of interest in children's artistic expression. Comenius and his advance. Influences from abroad (Ruskin). The first researches of children's art works, the first magazines devoted to children's artistic expression. 3 / Art education at the turn of the century. The beginnings of our course (Drawing and its teaching methods). Psychologizing tendencies and their reflection in the development of the subject. 4 / Influences of alternative pedagogical systems and their reflection in Czech education. Constructive pedagogy versus transmission. 5 / Socialization of art. Hostinsky, Lichtwark. 6 / Avant-garde and its reflection in Vv. Constructivist tendencies versus psychologizing conceptions of our field, representatives of individual concepts and foreign inspirers (Loos, Bauhaus). VI. drawing congress FEA, Prague. 7 / Art education after the 2nd world. war (until 1966). The concept of creativity, its predecessors and followers. Development of the subject Vv and significant events in the field. (INSEA, Aesthetic Education magazine). 8 / Art education until 1989, the concept of creativity. Problems of creativity concept. 9 / Art education after 1989, current tendencies and currents in teaching Vv. Components of artistic experience and the concept of Vv. Plurality of contemporary theory and practice, program lines Vv. Teacher's concept of teaching. The concept of R&D and foreign influences (videocentric - VCAE, artcentric - DBAE). Important organizations and events in the field of our field. 10 / Framework educational program and Vv. FEP and its inclusion in the system of curricular documents. Creating a school educational program. Alternative curricula of art education and their use in the creation of SEP. The subject History and Current Concepts of VV 2 follows up on the subjects of the pedagogical-psychological block in the following way: History of Pedagogical Thinking: If a student enrolls in the History of Pedagogical Thinking in compulsory elective courses, he / she will have the opportunity to apply the broader context of the transformation of educational concepts to specific knowledge from the development of Art Education in domestic and global contexts.

to characterize and compare the relations of the development of the art field with the issue of related disciplines in our country and abroad, especially with regard to events in visual culture and art;
to explain on the example the interconnectedness of the stages of the history of art education;
to clarify the connection between the development of art education in relation to the art of the 20th and 21st centuries;
to document the features of the teacher's concept of teaching in connection with the changes in approaches to art education during its history.

to design a model of the school educational program with the use of knowledge of contemporary art ;
to critically view and compare historical subject documents and to deduce their contribution to the current state of art education;
to reflect and characterize one's own art-pedagogical practice and compare it with available typologies of the teacher's conception of teaching.
