Course content
The aim of the subject is to enable students to understand through his own work painting revolution that raised in his work, Paul Cézanne. Get acquainted with the means by which Cézanne painting opened the door to the emergence of modern art. During the course, students will also learn through their own paintings creation of modernism with an emphasis on non-figurative painting analyzed. The course gives students the option to build their own rational methodology of teaching painting, an alternative to traditional methods applied so far. The aim is also to introduce the painting as a means of expression, to focus on composition, color, shape. Course content is directed to understanding the painting in the contexts of selected issues of visual culture, selected eras or specific artifacts of Fine Arts. Students work out individual projects in painting from the technological and thematic. In the process of creative approach to technological experiments. Student exercises a previously acquired experience in the field of study and free painting in accordance with the content can employ complex compositional and original craft techniques, able to create a compact file compact in technique and artistic expression, and to present it adequately. As a source of inspiration uses different techniques and content of painting in modern and postmodern art. Student theoretically looks and reflects the progress of the work, thematic variations and shifts to support the kunsthistorical contexts

rozpoznat rozdíl mezi studijní malbou v předchozích předmětech MA1- 3 a malbou vyjadřující vlastní emocionální stavy;
charakterizovat tvorbu některých autorů současné malby;

vyjádřit malbou emocionální stav;
zkoumat výrazové možnosti malby a utvářet vlastní malířský jazyk;
experimentovat s možnostmi malby a alternativních malířských technik;
zvolit vhodnou malířskou techniku ke konkrétnímu námětu;
sledovat významné mezinárodní přehlídky malby a hledat si svůj osobitý výraz;

objasnit odbornou terminologii v oblasti malby;

prokázat dovednost širší výtvarné vybavenosti pro jiné přístupy a variace v dalších výtvarných disciplínách;
programově se odpoutat od viděného směrem k volnější malířské tvorbě;
uplatňovat výrazové možnosti malby a vlastní malířský jazyk;
splnit samostatně zvolený výtvarný úkol s důrazem na vlastní přínos;
prokázat kompetence pro samostatnou tvorbu klasického ilustrátora, ilustrátora pro děti, malíře; umělecky se vyjadřovat pomocí volné malířské tvorby;
volit správnou odbornou terminologii;
kriticky hodnotit vlastní výtvarnou práci;
