Course content
1.Spatial and object creation in the art of the past and present - pictorial introduce into the theme based on a dialogue. A short survey of tasks, content topics and visual forms which arrive under consideration for individual student selection of the semestral tasks. 2.Skimming borders between traditional sculpture creation and object formation. Solution of chosen visual tasks based on enforcement of technological accesses from both areas in either visual form. 3.Shaping of elected material with aim to supply it by meaning; testing of expression and meaning opportunities and craftsman mastering of available materials. 4.Creation of objects from already completed selected components; creation of changeable or fixed assembles from founded objects with beforehand given or afterwards inserted meaning. 5.Transformation of meaning of already completed ("founded") ready-mades by virtue of art intervention, peculiarisation or fitting chosen objects to other surroundings or contexts etc. 6. Pictorial introduction into problems of the tasks on base of architectural design. Experiments with three-dimensional elements shape-wise and materially heterogeneous which are destined for formation of architectural whole. Activities predominantly are based on art playing and experimentation. Solutions of visual tasks are supplemented by texts in which links of seminar activities to visual culture and art or on art education in nursery and elementary school are described.

learning outcomes
Student - is familiar with the spatial manifestations of visual culture and art of the past and present, to the extent necessary for education in kindergarten: distinguishes art spatial artifacts of past and present in terms of form, in the case of well-known spatial expressions in terms of technique and style, the ability to distinguish confirms their names and simple formal analysis demonstrates knowledge of basic concepts, ideas and facts from the art of spatial creation, knowledge proves especially proper use of the specialized teminologie, - know and own creations using basic expressive possibilities of line, space, color, light and materials in the context of spatial creation, master basic technical and craft practices in the area of spatial art, in this context, is able to design simple art games and experiments for kids kindergarten, - finds link between self and other spatial expression and specific manifestations of visual culture and art, conclusions search is able to verbalize and express in writing.
