Course content
1. Initial lesson- defining the content of the subject, introduction to the issue of printing procedures, tools and materials used. Explaining the relationship to previously passed subjects and proportional relation of the subject´s current position to others. 2. Preparation for the semester projects realization 3. Semester project realization - relief printing 4. Semester project realization - relief printing 5. Semester project realization - relief printing 6. Semester project realization - stenciled printing 7. School excursion 8. Semester project realization - stenciled printing 9. Semester project realization - chemical print 10. Knowledge
to recognize basic graphics techniques and their technology to equip basic methods and techniques of common graphic techniques to demonstrate a basic overview of materials and media suitable for graphic techniques compare the results achieved on the given field of creation (both own and foreign)
Skills
The student can create a matrix that s/he would use throughout the semester. After undergoing individual practical excercises with this matrix, s/he will be able to identify particular work procedures leading to re-creating an image. After passing the course, the student will be able to choose the optimal procedure suitable for relization of his/her artistic intention (which means to choose the most suitable technique or medium).
