Course content
Course content: 1. Introduction to the semester - materials, tools, workrooms. 2. - 4. Working with materials - 3D paper composition on the topic "surface in a 3D space" 5. - 7. Material and space - modelling from sculpting clay, 3D composition on the topic "graphic sign in a 3D space" 8. - 9. 3D composition - further elaboration of the previous clay modelling assignment 10. - 13. Assemblage - 3D composition on a given topic.

to provide basic knowledge of technical and technological procedures of different disciplines of visual art, to compare and analyze different artistic expressions by criteria of esthetics, semiotics and technique on basic level, to specify basic knowledge of supporting arts disciplines,

to show basic spacial imagination, to show interest in learning of theory of problematics usable in own practical work, to show own creativity on generally assigned task, to show the will to find different artistic solutions, alter them and constructivelly evaluate, to work independently and activelly and flexibly react to evaluating commentary of the teacher,

of expressive means of spacial objects based on sophisticated task, of basic analysis of shapes, materials and colors in space, of the evolution of function of shapes and materials in space,

to express own imagination on spacial objects, to us aquired knowledge for expressing different qualitties and topics (for example lightness, gravity, fall, beginning etc.) to apply basic technical and technological rules for working with different materials and to experiment with those in own creative process,
